Phuentsholing Thromde would like to inform the general public that 6 designated smoking areas have been established across the core town area. With the establishment of these designated smoking areas, smoking in all other public spaces is strictly prohibited and punishable by law with effect from 1st September, 2025 and will result in fine/penalty. BFDA and RBP will be carrying out strict monitoring.
