This is to inform the public and residents of Phuentsholing Thromde that the Thromde Administration is organising a mass River Cleaning Program for the Ammochhu, Omchhu, Balujhora, Kharkhola and Barsachhu rivers.
This event will take place on April 2nd (Thursday) from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, coinciding with Zero Waste Hour.
The Thromde Administration requests and encourages all regional offices, agencies, institutions, businesses, workshops, construction companies, and residents to participate actively. Please note the following:
- Requirements: Participants are kindly requested to bring their own tools, such as sickles.
- Closures: All offices, businesses, and shops must remain closed during this period.
- Compliance: Thromde officials and Desuups will monitor the areas facilitated by the Royal Bhutan Police
- Locations: Please refer to the attached distribution for your designated site.
